About Cattle & Cream:
We carry only Choice USDA Black Angus Beef or higher. All-American Wagyu beef available for pre-order. All brats and sausages are made in-house. Our most popular include our Pizza Brat, Rueben Brat and Jalapeño Cheddar Brats. We also offer bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, crab stuffed mushrooms, homemade meatloaf and stuffed peppers. Our Ice Cream is premium hand-dipped, small batch Ice Cream made in Cedarburg WI. (Cedar Crest) We make fresh waffle cones everyday (sometimes all day). Our portions are generous to say the least! We also have a growing selection of wine, ciders and craft beers.
MEAT
At Cattle & Cream, we cut fresh meat 7 days a week. Choice Black Angus beef, fresh Tyson chicken, and tender cuts of pork are just some of the many juicy types of meat you’ll find at our deli but if that’s not what you’re looking for then we offer ready-to-cook options like meatloaf or stuffed peppers to suit your needs!
We want every customer who comes in here to leave happy; this is why it’s important to us that everything tastes great from start to finish so there will be no complaints about quality when they get home.

At Cattle & Cream, our passion drives us constantly inventing flavor combinations better than ever before. Not only does creativity take over, but we also use high-quality fresh ingredients too! Combining them together creates flavors so crave-able you’ll want more until they’re all gone.
Visited Rockford last weekend, and was told this place had the best brats and Italian sausage around. They did not disappoint, very good sausages, these guys do a great job. Ask for Andy, he’ll take care of you.
